Seconds Lose Out to SMRH

Falkland 2 (4) : 102 all out in 40 overs.

SMRH 2 (20) : 103 for 5 in 21 overs.

SMRH 2 beat Falkland 2 by 5 wkts

A very disappointing day in the office today. We simply didn't give our bowlers a chance to defend a frankly very low total. We must, and have, to do better. On the plus side our Junior selection was justified as they preformed better than some of our senior players!

We managed a pitiful 10, mainly due to the lower order with Kris Glen top score 20, Mike Watson 15 and Devon May
14. Ewan Sloan scored 16 when the bowling was very good at the start of the innings.

Despite 2 wickets from Ben Strachan and 2 from Calum Watson we were never in the running.

Todays report would say 'Must do better'.
