Falkland's Captain Steven Meikle won the toss and asked the visitors to field. Meikle and fellow opener Cameron Nellies started the innings at a great pace with 50 runs coming off the first 4 overs. After Meikle was out, Cameron Nellies was joined by Harsha Cooray. Nellies had hit 45 off just 26 balls when he was caught off the bowling of Hopkins. Cooray went on to score 106 not out and Falkland reached the total of 194 from their 20 overs.

Dundee HSFP tried their best but fell behind the asking rate and finished their 20 overs with 164 for 6.
