Falkland travelled to Myreside, Edinburgh to take on Watsonians.

Falkland's Captain Brock Ditchmen won the toss and put the home side into bat. Falkland's bowlers Ben Strachan, Safyann Sharif and Brock himself then proceeded to tear the heart out of the Watsonians batting line up. Strachan took a hatrick before having to leave the field with a back injury. His figures were 2 overs 3 wickets for 8 runs, Sharif's figures were 10 overs 3 wickets for 48 runs and Ditchmen 2 overs 2 wickets for 24 runs. Watsonians were bowled out for 158 from 37.3 overs.

The first innings was rain affected and so the game was reduced to 47 overs a side.

Duckworth Lewis was used to determine Falkland's target which was 156 from their 47 overs.

Unfortunately, after 2.5 overs the rain came down. Sharif opened the batting and had scored 12 runs from just 9 balls putting the Falkland side in the driving seat. The players had to leave the field just after 4pm and at 6.15pm with rain still falling, the match was abandoned.
