1st's Win at Corstorphine by 40 runs

On a bitterly cold, windy and often wet Saturday afternoon in Barnton, Edinburgh, home of RH Corstorphine, Falkland's 1st XI won the toss and chose to bat first. Falkland scored 202 all out after 47.4 overs with Captain Safyann Sharif scoring a superb 101 not out, (his 100 came off 96 balls). Jack Henderson with 41 and Brock Ditchmen with 26 helped reach the total. Corstorphine's Daniel Payne returned bowling figures of 7.4 overs, 1 maiden, 6 wickets for 31 runs.

In reply Corstorphine were all out for 162 after 46.2 overs. Marne with 46 and O.Malik 36. Clote Buitendag returned bowling figures of 10 overs 4 maidens 3 wickets for 16 runs. Ben Strachan
