Falkland pressed home an emphatic win over Freuchie in the Murgitroyd T20 Competition.

Winning the toss and electing to bat Falkland's Paul Watson and Alex Bychkov set about a solid start to the Innings, putting on 73 in 10 overs when Watson fell for 19. Bychov went on to reach his 50 off just 35 balls, finally being caught when on 61 off just 45 balls. Nick Lockyer then added 38 off just 20 balls. 19 runs by Dave Gray and 11 from Jack Henderson together with 14 extras saw Falklands score reach 162 for 3 wickets from their 20 overs.

The home team's innings saw Freuchie lose wickets at regular intervals reaching 84 runs for 9 wickets from their 20 overs. There were 2 wickets each for Alan Hamilton (3 overs 2 wickets for 16 runs) and Nick Lockyer (3 overs 1 maiden 2 wickets for 6 runs).

Falkland won by 78 runs.
