Falkland's 1st XI travelled to Freuchie and completed a memorable 'treble' over the home side in their CSL Eastern Division 1 game.

This was the third game in a week between the two sides. Falkland Captain Ryan Hepburn won the toss and elected to bat first but after losing early wickets Falkland were 94 for 6 in the 29th over. At this point Brock Ditchmen joined Nick Lockyer in the middle. Ditchmen scored 50 in just 34 balls and the pair put on a stand of 91 runs before Ditchmen fell for 62 (from 49 balls). Nick Lockyer went on to reach his 50 in 66 balls before being the last wicket to fall in Falkland's innings of 225 all out in 49.1 overs. The best of the Freuchie bowlers were G.B.Christie with 3 for 39 from 9 overs and A.Naeem 3 for 67 from 11.1 overs.

In their innings, Freuchie reached 29 before losing their first wicket in the 7th over but wickets fell quickly after that and the home team were bowled out for 58 from 19.1 overs. It should be noted that there were 21 extras in this short innings, 16 wides, 3 no balls and 2 leg byes. Falklands bowling figures were: A.Hamilton 3 for 18 from 9 overs, Nick Lockyer 1 for 21 from 4 overs and Jack Henderson 5 for 17 from 6.1 overs.
