On a pleasant sunny afternoon at Scroggie Dunshalt Doosras retained the BSW Fun sixes trophy with a convincing win against the 2013 winners Abernethy Biscuits.

Six teams took part and as well as the two aforementioned there was Lomond Vics who had two teams, Brokebat Mountain and Ryzo's Rockets who stood in at the last moment following a late call off from Arthur and the Muffins.

After the group stages which included some entertaining cricket the Doosras and the Biscuits emerged as the only two teams with a 100% record and so meant that they would contest the final. Batting first the Biscuits posted a very decent 76 against a strong Doosras bowling attack. However, the Doosras were quick out of the traps and hit 17, 23 and 24 off the first 3 overs and then polished things off with 8 balls to spare.

Thanks to all the teams who took part and for the spirit in which they played the games.
